Yes. We source only through authorised distributors and manufacturers. Every unit ships with an invoice, IMEI or serial list and the applicable brand warranty.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Smartphones and tablets typically start at 10 units per model; laptops at 5 units; accessories at one carton. Corporate and retail launches can be scoped individually.
Can you import a specific model or brand for us?
In most cases, yes. Share the model, quantity and target price and we will confirm availability, landed cost and lead time within two working days.
Do you handle BIS, WPC and customs?
Yes. Import clearance, BIS registration, WPC approval for wireless devices and e-waste compliance are managed for every product line we bring in.
How fast can you deliver?
In-stock items ship within 3 working days across India. Imported or made-to-order lots take 3 to 8 weeks depending on origin and clearance.
Which payment terms do you offer?
Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and UPI for domestic orders; wire transfer or letter of credit for international orders. Credit terms may be extended to established partners.
