A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change if not accepted within that period. Minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications will be stated in the quotation.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping and insurance unless specified. Payment terms, including any advance payment, will be set out in the quotation or order confirmation. We reserve the right to suspend production or dispatch until payment is received as agreed. Late payments may attract interest at the rate stated in the invoice.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and are provided in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to you or to your nominated carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

You must inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any shortage, damage or non-conformity within the timeframe set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom-made, private-label or specially ordered goods are non-returnable except where defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and software, is the property of Sky High Exports or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, designs or content without prior written consent.
